To make things easier for our employees, we provide step-by-step support for important processes like PF (Provident Fund), KYC, and profile updates.

EPF Portal – Quick Help Guide

Activate Your UAN

​

  • Visit the EPF member portal

  • Click on “Activate UAN” under Important Links

  • Enter your details

  • Click on “Get Authorization PIN”

  • Enter OTP and receive your password via SMS

 

Update Basic Details

  • Log in to the EPF portal

  • Go to Profile → Basic Details

  • Enter correct details as per Aadhaar

  • Click Submit

 

Correct Date of Birth

  • Log in to EPF portal

  • Go to Profile → Basic Details

  • Update DOB as per Aadhaar

  • Submit the request

 

If there is a major change in birth year, you may need to upload supporting documents such as:

  • Birth Certificate

  • School Certificate

  • Passport

Correct Father’s Name

  • Collect the Joint Declaration Form from HR

  • Fill and submit it with valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport)

  • Submit hard copy to the office

 

Update KYC Details

  • Log in to EPF portal

  • Go to Manage → KYC

  • Enter details and click Save

 

Transfer PF Amount

  • Use “One Member – One EPF Account (Transfer Request)” option in the portal

Processing time: Up to 30 days

 

Claim Your PF

  • Log in to EPF portal

  • Go to Online Services → Claim

  •  

Forms:

  • Form 31 – PF Advance

  • Form 19 – Full PF Withdrawal (after 60 days of unemployment)

  • Form 10C – Pension Withdrawal (after 60 days of unemployment)
